How to get a sample?
Usually, we make free samples for you, while you afford shipping charge of samples. But when the sample need new design men underwear, you will afford the design charge. And after we make a deal, the sample fee will be returned to you.
How long is the lead time?
7-10 days for sample, 2-4 weeks after order confirmed (working days).
Can You Produce Our Own Design Products?
Welcome to sample processing, and we can provide OEM/ODM services. We have a professional design and production team that can produce according to your requirements.
How to pay express charges if ordering samples?
You can use your DHL, FEDEX, TNT, or UPS account by freight collect at destination. For those customers who do not have an courier account, we will calculate the express freight charge for you and you can pay the freight charge directly to our company account or PayPal. Then we will deliver the samples by prepaid.
How to pay sample charges?
You can pay to our company account by trade assurance. When we receive the sample fee, we will arrange to make the samples for you. The preparation time for samples will be 2-7 days.

- Step 1: Confirm the order details (design/art-work, material, quantity, size etc.)
- Step 2: Pay the deposit
- Step 3: Start production
- Step 4: Finish production and quality checking
- Step 5: Arrange the balance payment
- Step 6: Ship out goods and provide tracking number
- Step 7: Receive the goods
- Step 8: Give feedback (in order to improve our production and service)
