Q: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
A: We are an integrated manufacturer and trading company specializing in apparel. Our product range includes seamless knit activewear, seamless underwear, shapewear, etc., as well as stitched knit sportswear and casual wear.
Q: What's your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: For cut & sew garments, our MOQ is 200 pieces per design using our existing fabric. For seamless items, the MOQ is 200 pieces per color per size due to machine and dyeing limitations.
Q: Can I put my design logo on the products?
A: Yes, we can apply your logo using embroidery, printing, heat transfer, and other methods depending on your requirements.
Q: What is your sample policy?
A: We can provide existing samples for free, and you only need to cover the shipping cost. The fee for creating new custom samples is refundable, meaning we will credit it back to your bulk order.
Q: What's your sample leadtime and bulk leadtime?
A: For available samples, we can dispatch within 3 to 5 days. For new custom samples, production takes around 1 to 2 weeks depending on the availability of fabric or yarns (especially for seamless items).
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Our standard payment term is T/T. If you require alternative payment methods, we are open to further discussions to accommodate your needs.
