Q2What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

For custom T-shirts, the MOQ is 100pcs per color/design. For Hoodies and Sweatshirts, the MOQ is 90pcs per color/design. For in-stock blank hoodies, the MOQ is just 1 piece. If you need blank sample hoodies, the MOQ is lower; please contact sales for details.

Q3Can you accept customization?

Yes, we gladly accept OEM and ODM orders to meet your specific customization requirements.

Q4Do you offer design services before making samples?

Yes, we offer design services. Once you provide your logo or design files in CDR or AI format, we will offer the layout mockups for you.

Q5How long is the delivery time?

In-stock blank hoodies take 3-7 days. Customized sample development takes up to 15 workdays. Bulk orders typically take about 25 workdays after the deposit is received.

Q6What payment methods do you accept?

Normally, we accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), and Western Union.
